- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Method
- Thaw potatoes and combine in large bowl with butter; add salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
- Blend thoroughly and pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Top with melted butter and flakes.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
