- 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. shredded cheese
Method
- Let hash browns set until thawed. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
