Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes (approximately 500g), thinly sliced
  • 4 rashers bacon, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup cream
  • 1 cup grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese

Method

  • Combine potato slices, bacon and spring onions and place into a large microwave ring container (see tip below).
  • Cover and cook in microwave oven on HIGH for 10-12 minutes.
  • Top with cream and cheddar cheese.
  • Cook on HIGH for a further 3-4 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.
  • (Alternatively, place potato slices, bacon and spring onion in a lightly greased ovenproof casserole dish.
  • Top with cream and cheese, cover and bake at 180C for 1 hour.
  • Bake uncovered a further 10 minutes.)
  • Serve with cream sauce spooned over.
