Ingredients
- 2 lb. barely cooked squash, drained
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Beat eggs and add mayonnaise.
- Add other ingredients and mix. Place in greased casserole and bake at 350° until bubbly.
- Can be frozen and cooked in frozen state at 350° for 30 minutes.
