Ingredients
- 4 (6 to 8 oz. each) pork chops, boned and sliced thinly lengthwise
- 1 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. yellow bean paste
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. Chinese Rose wine or sweet sherry
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 8 oz. snow peas
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1-inch piece ginger root, peeled and finely chopped
Method
- Place pork in a dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, bean paste, 1 tablespoon peanut oil and Rose wine or sherry.
- Then pour over pork.
- Turn slices to coat.
- Marinate 1 hour.
- Drain and reserve marinade.
