Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g), cut into 4 pieces Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 apple, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme

Method

  • Cook meat in nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
  • on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  • Transfer meat to platter; cover to keep warm.
  • Add butter and sugar to skillet; cook and stir 2 min.
  • or until butter is melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Add apples; cook 3 to 5 min.
  • or until tender and golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove apples from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add cream cheese product, milk, wine and thyme to skillet; cook and stir on medium-low heat 3 min.
  • or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is heated through.
  • Drizzle over meat; top with apples.
