Ingredients
- 6 pieces pork tenderloin with fat removed
- margarine
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- onions, peppers or almonds (optional)
Method
- Brown pork pieces in margarine in an electric frying pan. Take pork out and set aside.
- Add the soup and 1 can of water to pan; stir.
- Return pork to pan; simmer until done.
- Serve with yellow rice.
