Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean boneless pork
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dry ginger
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. stir fry vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon chicken broth or possibly water
  • 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seed

Method

  • Slice pork across grain into 1/8 inch strips.
  • Marinate in soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic and ginger for 10 min.
  • Heat the 1 Tbsp.
  • oil in skillet or possibly wok.
  • Add in pork and stir fry for 3 to 5 min till pork is no longer pink.
  • Add in vegetables (unthawed) and the chicken broth or possibly water.
  • Stir mix, cover and steam for 3 min or possibly till vegetables are heated through, but still crisp-tender.
  • Serve over warm, cooked rice.
  • Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
  • Serves 4.
