Ingredients
- 1 pound lean boneless pork
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry ginger
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. stir fry vegetables
- 1 teaspoon chicken broth or possibly water
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Method
- Slice pork across grain into 1/8 inch strips.
- Marinate in soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic and ginger for 10 min.
- Heat the 1 Tbsp.
- oil in skillet or possibly wok.
- Add in pork and stir fry for 3 to 5 min till pork is no longer pink.
- Add in vegetables (unthawed) and the chicken broth or possibly water.
- Stir mix, cover and steam for 3 min or possibly till vegetables are heated through, but still crisp-tender.
- Serve over warm, cooked rice.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed.
- Serves 4.
