Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 2 c. milk (enough to cover chops)
- 1 c. Crisco
- flour (enough to batter chops)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut grooves in chops and place in milk for 30 minutes. Remove, then salt and pepper to taste.
- Batter in flour and cook in electric frying pan in Crisco on medium heat until brown on both sides.
