Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup
- 1 can water
Method
- Brown chops in skillet.
- Move to baking dish or leave in skillet if it can be placed in oven.
- Sprinkle uncooked rice over chops.
- Combine soup and water and pour over rice and chops.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour or longer.
