Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup flour (whole wheat or regular)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbs butter (melted)
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients, then all wet ingredients, melt butter. Add all three together mix and let sit for 3-5 minutes. Fry up, add some maple syrup and enjoy.
