- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimientos
- 2 cups cubed white bread (, about 4 slices)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 -6 pork chops
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, corn, butter, celery, pimiento, bread cubes, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Spoon into a creased 13x9x2 baking pan.
- Arrange chops over dressing.
- sprinkle with additional paprika and salt.
- Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until chops are done.
