Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimientos
  • 2 cups cubed white bread (, about 4 slices)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 -6 pork chops

Method

  • In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, corn, butter, celery, pimiento, bread cubes, paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Spoon into a creased 13x9x2 baking pan.
  • Arrange chops over dressing.
  • sprinkle with additional paprika and salt.
  • Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer or until chops are done.
