Ingredients
- 4 lean pork chops
- 1 can applesauce
- 1/2 c. undrained crushed pineapple
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- Season pork chops; brown slowly.
- Drain off drippings.
- Mix together the applesauce, pineapple and nutmeg.
- Pour over chops. Cover and let cook on low heat for about 30 minutes at about 325°.
