Ingredients
- 5 to 6 pork chops
- 1 pkg. onion and mushroom soup mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
Method
- Mix rice, butter, soup mix and water.
- Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Top with pork chops.
- Tightly cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
- Stir rice and serve.
- Makes 4 to 5 servings.
