Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. sweet milk
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Method
- Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
- Add milk, egg and cooking oil. Mix until large lumps disappear.
- Have skillet over medium-low heat.
- Pour about 1/4 batter for each pancake.
- Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown.
- Makes about 10 to 12 pancakes.
