Ingredients
- 1 c. dry rice
- 1 can beef consomme
- 4 pork chops, browned
- 1 can onion rings
Method
- Place the dry rice in small casserole.
- Mix in the consomme. Place the browned pork chops on top.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°, covered.
- Five minutes before baking is complete, spread the onion rings on top and bake for remaining time, uncovered.
- Serves 4.
