Ingredients
- 3 to 4 nice size pork chops
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- 3 pkg. chicken or beef bouillon
Method
- Thoroughly brown pork chops on each side.
- Mix water, bouillon and rice in a 3-quart casserole dish.
- Place browned pork chops on top of rice.
- Tightly cover.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes.
