Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. uncooked regular rice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 4 pork chops
Method
- In a baking dish, mix soup, water, rice, salt and pepper. Place pork chops on rice mixture and add melted margarine. Cover and bake at 375° for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
