Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 can cream of mushroom with 1/3 c. water added
- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
Method
- In skillet, brown chops.
- Blend soup and water and sour cream. In
- quart
- casserole, alternate layers of potatoes, soup mix, salt, pepper and onion.
- Top with chops.
- Cover and bake at 375° for
- 1 1/4 hours.
- This can be put in microwave, leaving out
- the chops
- until the final 4 minutes of cooking. Cook on Medium-high for 30 minutes.
- Stir every 10 minutes.
