Ingredients
- 4 or 5 pork chops
- seasoned flour
- 2 (No. 303) cans black-eyed peas
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Dip pork chops in seasoned flour; brown on both sides in oil. Top with black-eyed peas.
- Add diced onion and garlic powder. Cover.
- Simmer 1 hour or until pork chops are completely done and tender.
