Ingredients
- 1 (30 oz.) can peach halves
- 6 pork chops
- 1 envelope Shake 'N Bake for pork
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- Drain peaches reserving syrup.
- Moisten chops in 1/4 cup reserved syrup.
- Coat chops as directed on package of Shake 'N Bake.
- Reserve remaining mix.
- Arrange chops in single layer on rack in ungreased shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
