Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

Method

  • Brown the pork chops over medium heat.
  • Arrange in a 2-quart casserole the sliced potatoes, then salt and pepper to taste. Slice the onion into very thin slices; arrange on top of potatoes. Pour over all 1/2 of the soup.
  • Repeat the procedure.
  • Place browned chops on top.
  • Cover and bake for about 1 hour in a 350° oven or until tender all the way through.
