Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 c. sliced peeled potatoes, cut 1/4 inch thick
  • 2 c. sliced carrot, 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • can cream mushroom soup

Method

  • Brown chops over med high heat. Season with salt & pepper. Combine potatoes, carrots, onions, salt, marjoram, and pepper. Mix lightly.
  • Place in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Pour mushroom soup over potato mixture.
  • Top with chops. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 hours until vegetables are tender.
