Ingredients
- 5 to 6 pork chops
- 1 (20 oz.) can pork and beans or baked beans
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- green pepper rings
Method
- Trim excess fat from pork chops.
- Brown in frying pan thoroughly on both sides.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in a deep baking dish.
- Mix baked beans, chili sauce, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over pork chops and top with pepper rings.
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
