Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 3 c. soft breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- 1/4 c. water (for first mixture)
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. water (for second mixture)
Method
- Brown and drain chops. Place in casserole.
- Blend crumbs, onions, margarine, sage and 1/4 cup water. Place over chops. Blend soup and 1/3 cup water.
- Pour over bread mixture.
- Cook for 1 hour at 350°.
- Serves 4 to 6.
