Ingredients

  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 carton whipping cream
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 carton half and half
  • 4 c. milk

Method

  • Mash the strawberries and mix with the sugar; add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  • Then mix the pudding, whipping cream and half and half thoroughly.
  • Add strawberry mixture to pudding mixture, then stir in the Eagle Brand milk and sweet milk.
  • When thoroughly mixed, pour into ice cream freezer.
  • Freeze and eat!
