Ingredients
- 1 pt. fresh strawberries
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 carton whipping cream
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 carton half and half
- 4 c. milk
Method
- Mash the strawberries and mix with the sugar; add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Then mix the pudding, whipping cream and half and half thoroughly.
- Add strawberry mixture to pudding mixture, then stir in the Eagle Brand milk and sweet milk.
- When thoroughly mixed, pour into ice cream freezer.
- Freeze and eat!
