Ingredients
- 6 seasoned pork chops
- oil
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- 6 small potatoes, sliced
- 3 carrots, sliced
Method
- Brown the pork chops in the oil.
- Drain off excess oil.
- Add soup and water.
- Heat.
- Pour mixture and pork chops into casserole dish.
- Add potatoes and carrots.
- Season to taste.
- Cook, covered, at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender.
- This works great in an electric skillet.
