Ingredients
- 1/2 c. tomato soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp minced parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
Method
- Mix tomato soup with ground beef, uncooked rice, egg, onion, parsley and salt.
- Shape into balls about 1-1/2 inch in diameter (about 16).
