Ingredients
- 4 c. raw cranberries
- 2 apples, peeled and cored
- 2 oranges, quartered with peel and seeded
- 1 lemon, quartered with peel and seeded
- 2 1/2 c. sugar or 1 1/2 c. honey
Method
- Grind cranberries, apples, oranges and lemon.
- Stir in sugar or honey.
- Refrigerate several hours or up to several days.
