Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. raw rice
- 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1 c. cream of tomato soup
- 2 Tbsp. butter or shortening
Method
- Mix beef, rice, onion, and seasonings.
- Form into balls about 1 1/2 inches.
- Brown meat balls.
- Add soup, cover and simmer about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serves 4.
