Ingredients
- 2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. crushed pineapple (canned in its own juice)
- 1 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
- artificial sweetener to equal 8 tsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 tsp. lemon juice
- cinnamon to taste
Method
- Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of the water over low heat.
- Put into blender.
- Add rest of the ingredients and blend well.
- Pour into 8-inch pan.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top and refrigerate until set.
- Cut pie into 4 pieces.
- Counts as 1 fruit and 1 milk.
