Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
- 1 can water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. raw rice
Method
- Brown together the hamburger, onion and celery.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour in casserole dish and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
