Ingredients
- pork steak, chopped in small pieces to soften
- 1 chopped onion
- chopped celery
- 13 oz. can pineapple
- bean sprouts
Method
- Pour off juice from pineapple and put in with meat after meat has been browned.
- Add a dash of arrowroot, ginger and soy sauce. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
