Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1 small sliced onion
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, undrained
- 1 can chicken or mushroom soup
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add mushrooms, onion and pepper.
- Saute until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over rice.
- Serves about six.
