Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped plum tomato (about 2)
- 1 cup finely chopped unpeeled plum (about 5 large)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped purple onion
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Serve with grilled chicken, turkey, or pork.
