Ingredients
- 1 c. salt
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 3/4 c. water (cold)
Method
- Use a double boiler. Mix salt and cornstarch together.
- A smooth dough will result if salt and cornstarch are mixed very thoroughly.
- Add cold water.
- Stir the mixture constantly for several minutes as it quickly thickens into a solid mass, about the consistency of bread dough.
- Place on aluminum foil or wax paper to cool.
- Soak double boiler immediately for easier cleaning.
- Knead like bread dough.
- Place in airtight container.
