Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. salt
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
- food coloring
Method
- Mix all ingredients; stir over low heat until thick and clings to a spoon (mixture should form a ball).
- Remove saucepan to flat, dry surface to cool.
- When cool, remove from pan and knead until smooth and pliable.
- Store in airtight container.
