Ingredients
- 1 c. wheat flour
- 1 c. unbleached white flour
- 1/4 c. brewers yeast
- 1/3 c. soy flour
- 2/3 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 c. water
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Add water.
- Make small round portions.
- Roll small balls out like pancakes.
- Fry pancakes on griddle pan (no oil) for 3 minutes and turn.
- Place in broiler at 350°.
- They are done when they pop up like a pita (5 to 10 minutes).
- Fill with tuna and cheese or spread with butter and honey.
- Yummy!
