Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground beef tenderloin
- 2 cans whole tomatoes
- 2 c. diced Vidalia onion
- 1 c. diced red pepper
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 6 Tbsp. Tony's hot chili powder
- salt to taste
Method
- Brown meat with 1 cup onion and 1 teaspoon chili powder. Drain tomatoes well; break apart with hand and add to meat mixture.
- Add garlic and remainder of chili powder and onion. After cooking 1/2 half, add peppers.
- Add salt to taste.
