  • 1/2 whole Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 16 slices Frozen Garlic Bread (the Store Bought Kind)
  • 4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon Pizza Seasoning

Method

  • Start by placing the ground beef in a medium skillet on medium high heat.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook until beef is no longer pink.
  • Then add the pepperoni and cook for about 3 minutes or so.
  • If there is a lot of grease, at this point, drain the grease and discard.
  • Pour the pizza sauce into the skillet with the meat, stir to combine.
  • Add the veggies to the skillet and let everything simmer while you work on the garlic toast.
  • Place a large skillet on medium high heat.
  • Add a few pieces of the frozen garlic toast to the pan and cook on each side for about two minutes.
  • Remove the cooked toast to a plate and repeat until youve cooked all the slices.
  • Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  • Once the garlic toast is cooked, spoon some of the veggie and meat mixture onto each piece of toast and put them on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and a little bit of the pizza seasoning.
  • Place under the broiler to melt the cheese.
  • This should take about 2 minutes but watch it closely, broiler temps tend to differ.
  • Remove from the pan and enjoy!
