Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
  • 1/2 c. chopped tomato
  • 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Method

  • Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary.
  • Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk until well blended.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients (batter will be thick).
  • Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle; spread slightly.
  • Cook until edges are dry.
  • Turn; cook until golden brown.
  • Serve topped with warm spaghetti sauce.
