Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, oregano, onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms

Method

  • Brown meat with onions; drain and add soups and spices to meat.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
  • Cook noodles and drain.
  • Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Layer noodles on the bottom, then meat sauce, Cheddar cheese and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over that. Top with sliced mushrooms.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes at 350°.
  • Take foil off and bake an additional 10 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
