Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- dash of salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- garlic
- Parmesan cheese
- margarine
Method
- Make biscuits using 2 cups flour; cut in shortening.
- Stir in salt and baking powder.
- Add enough milk to mix ingredients together.
- You can then toss dough onto a floured surface, roll to 1/2-inch thick and cut biscuits (or) form balls of dough and put them on a cookie tray (flatten just a little).
- Dot each biscuit with butter, then sprinkle with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook for 10 to 12 minutes at 400°.
