Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. shortening
  • 2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • garlic
  • Parmesan cheese
  • margarine

Method

  • Make biscuits using 2 cups flour; cut in shortening.
  • Stir in salt and baking powder.
  • Add enough milk to mix ingredients together.
  • You can then toss dough onto a floured surface, roll to 1/2-inch thick and cut biscuits (or) form balls of dough and put them on a cookie tray (flatten just a little).
  • Dot each biscuit with butter, then sprinkle with garlic and Parmesan cheese.
  • Cook for 10 to 12 minutes at 400°.
