Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • pinch of sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Method

  • Mix first four ingredients.
  • Add water and oil.
  • Mix and knead until you are able to roll into a smooth ball.
  • Place in warm place with towel over it.
  • Let rise 30 minutes.
  • Punch down and let set for 4 minutes.
  • Roll out and place on pan and let rise for 15 minutes.
  • Add toppings (sauce, cheese, meats, veggies, etc.). Place pizza in cold oven, set temperature to 500° and bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or longer depending on your oven!
