Ingredients
- 3 3/4 c. flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- pinch of sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Mix first four ingredients.
- Add water and oil.
- Mix and knead until you are able to roll into a smooth ball.
- Place in warm place with towel over it.
- Let rise 30 minutes.
- Punch down and let set for 4 minutes.
- Roll out and place on pan and let rise for 15 minutes.
- Add toppings (sauce, cheese, meats, veggies, etc.). Place pizza in cold oven, set temperature to 500° and bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or longer depending on your oven!
