Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 24 (3 cans) buttermilk biscuits (refrigerated)
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
- 8 oz. (1 pkg.) pepperoni (cooked to get excess grease out)
- 16 oz. cheese, Cheddar OR mozzarella
- 1 small onion, diced fine
- 1 small green pepper, diced fine
Method
- Cook bacon then crumble into pieces and set aside.
