Ingredients
- 12 ounces, fluid Beer (your Preference)
- 2 whole Pizzas (Homemade Or To Order)
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Ketchup
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Method
- Gather your ingredients and tools: a small saucepan with lid, spatula, and an immersion blender (or regular blender).
- Heat beer in saucepan and add leftover pizza. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 5 minutes or until pizza has broken down enough to separate easily with a spatula. Turn off stove and stir in shredded cheddar cheese, ketchup, and pinch of salt (or to taste). Remove pot from element and use immersion blender until the consistency is smooth.
- Serve with fresh mozzarella or whatever you have on hand.
