Ingredients
- 2 pita pockets
- 1 package frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 ounce feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Slice pitas in half.
- Drain spinach and squeeze out excess water.
- Top pita with spinach and tomato.
- Sprinkle with garlic and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake and Serve
