Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 small boxes instant lemon pudding
  • 1 to 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 c. milk
  • Cool Whip

Method

  • Set cream cheese out so it becomes room temperature.
  • Put oleo into a 9 x 13-inch pan and put in the oven at 200° to melt.
  • After melted, put flour and chopped nuts into pan.
  • Press to make crust. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes, until crust looks light brown. Remove and let cool to room temperature.
