Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 small boxes instant lemon pudding
- 1 to 3 Tbsp. milk
- 3 c. milk
- Cool Whip
Method
- Set cream cheese out so it becomes room temperature.
- Put oleo into a 9 x 13-inch pan and put in the oven at 200° to melt.
- After melted, put flour and chopped nuts into pan.
- Press to make crust. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes, until crust looks light brown. Remove and let cool to room temperature.
