Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed

Method

  • Combine all of the ingredients except the mozzarella cheese.
  • Make sure it is thoroughly combined.
  • Using a scoop, shaped one ounce of meat into a ball.
  • Make an indentation in the meatball.
  • Place one cube of mozzarella cheese into indentation.
  • Roll meat into ball making sure the cheese is well enclosed.
  • Place on foil lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 350F 20 mins or until meat is cooked through and cheese is melted.
  • Remove from oven and use in your favorite recipes.
  • I use these in spaghetti, pizzas and even subs!
