Ingredients
- 1 c. pinto beans, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. bean liquid
- 1 large can coconut
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
Method
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
- Makes 3 pies.
